Dr. Sara is a licensed clinical psychologist in Hawai'i and Arkansas with a holistic, integrative approach to therapy, combining her extensive training in psychology with over three decades of experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher. She uniquely blends body-based therapies with traditional psychological practices to provide comprehensive care for adult women of all ages.
